Identified best-practices and subsequently redesigned existing grade comment feedback structure to distinguish formative from summative comments in order to provide clear and actionable feedback with less inherent bias.
Task Force on Wellness & the Daily Schedule

Partnered with ISM (Independent School Management) to create a new Daily Upper School Schedule that would reduce stress, increase engagement, facilitate experiential learning and allow for more student choice.

Provided resources and instruction for Upper and Middle School faculty to tap share resources, collaborate, and create diverse PLCs via social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
